Introduction of Oxidation Line:

 

Anodic oxidation of aluminum and aluminum alloy is a process in which aluminum or aluminum alloy products are placed in electrolyte solution to form aluminum oxide film by electrolysis effect. The principle of anodizing aluminum profiles is essentially the principle of water electrolysis. When the current passes, the following reactions will occur:
On the cathode, H2 is released according to the following reaction: 2h + + 2e → H2
On the anode, 4OH – 4E → 2H2O + O2, the separated oxygen is not only molecular oxygen (O2), but also atomic oxygen (o), and ionic oxygen (O-2), which is usually indicated by molecular oxygen in the reaction.
Aluminum as anode is oxidized by oxygen separated from it to form anhydrous alumina film: 4A1 + 3O2 = 2a12o3 + 3351j. It should be pointed out that the oxygen generated is not all related to aluminum effect, and part of it is separated in gaseous state.
